Panda research review can you get paid surveys?

Survey-101 brings you my honest and thoughtful opinion for Panda research. I will answer the question can you get paid surveys from Panda research. As always please leave me a question or comment and if you like this post click the like button on Facebook or Twitter or Digg. The initial look of the site is very professional.  Other than that I see a lot of red flags let’s take a look at Panda research.

  • Red flag #1 in my opinion. Earn $3 to $75 for each paid survey you complete!
  •

(I have been doing online surveys for over 4 years and in most case’s you get between $1 – $3 per online survey)

  • Red flag #2 in my opinion. Earn 3¢ to 25¢ for every email you read!
  •

(They try to cover their offers with a page of 5 or 6 questions that they claim is an online survey.)

  • Red flag #3 in my opinion. Under the Terms and Conditions.

(A.4) Panda Research NEWSLETTER AND OTHER EMAILS. By signing up for Panda Research, you are opting-in to receive Panda Research newsletters and other special offer emails.) Again they are letting you know this is a pay to click site not an honest good online survey site.

  • Red flag #4 in my opinion. Under the Terms and Conditions.

(A.6) TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION. Panda Research at its sole discretion and for any reason or no reason at all may terminate any Members without prior notice for (a) any violation of any provision of this Agreement; (b) aiding in or promoting circumvention of the Panda Research Service; (c) acting against the business interests or reputation of Panda Research; (d) otherwise acting unlawfully in relationship to Panda Research, the Panda Research website or the Panda Research Service; (e) breach of our Spamming Policy; (f) inactivity (defined as the failure to earn any cash incentive in your Panda Research account) for a continuous six-month period; or (g) any other reason at the discretion of Panda Research.)

  • Red flag #5 in my opinion. Under the Terms and Conditions.

(A.10) Cancellation: Signup with free trials may carry a shipping charge and after the free trial, you may be charged , so it is user resposibilty to cancel at any time by calling the advertiser number or advertiser email for cancellation of services or products brought.) Here we have a typo and bad grammar but bottom line showing it is a pay to click site and if you sign up under Panda Research you will get charged a fee if you forget to deactivate a trial.

  • Red flag #6 in my opinion. Under the terms and conditions.

(D. NO PAYMENT GUARANTEE. PandaResearch does NOT guarantee that a member will receive credit for a completed survey and offer. PandaResearch will make reasonable efforts to track and report your signing up for offers but does not guarantee the precision of the process. We reserves the right to refuse the credit to members for offers for variety of reasons, including, but not limited to , Lack of appropriate information, Improper signup, Improper browser settings, Errors in third party reporting, and / or any other reason. ) Here is their way of saying you will not get paid, and do you see the part that says an offer.

  • Red flag #7 in my opinion the biggest problem with this site. Under the terms and conditions.

(M. PROVIDE CASH INCENTIVES. PandaResearch offers cash incentives to members in exchange for completing surveys and signup for trial offers. Members won’t be eligible for cash incentives by only completing the surveys. Signing up for the offers, advertised by our partners, is necessary in order to be eligible for cash incentives. If you complete a survey and sign up for the corresponding offer, it will take upto 8 weeks to receive the cash funds from the advertiser. Please do not delete the confirmation emails you receive from the advertisers. These confirmation emails are required in order for us to investigate if your account is not credited in 8 weeks. The funds will be sent to the paypal e-mail address registered on file with PandaResearch. If your e-mail address changes and funds have already been sent to your e-mail address on file, PandaResearch cannot redirect the funds to your new address. You can change your paypal e-mail address in PandaResearch at any time. PayPal.com is a FREE service that allows you to instantly receive cash over the Internet. Cash payments will only be made after the member’s qualification to participate in a particular survey has been verified by PandaResearch, the member completes that survey and offer. PandaResearch is not responsible if you lose, or misplace your funds via email. All cash payment amounts may be changed or modified at any time and at the discretion of PandaResearch. Members are responsible for any taxes due as a result of payments made for their participation in PandaResearch. )

Panda research review can you get paid surveys? You probably can but in my opinion there are way too many red flags for me to waste my time I prefer the honesty and true site like I have listed on my home page. Please write me a comment and voice your opinion.

Is BigSpot.com a Survey Scam Site?

I have been doing online survey site reviews now for a long time, so this will be my opinion and thoughts about Bigspot.com survey site in review and only my opinions.

So the question is BigSpot.com a Survey Scam Site?

The main reason for this post is I have seen many commercials on the television stations for this site. I just seen an advertisment today about bigspot. So let the digging begin is Bigspot.com a scam?

Be careful of this website. Here is a short peek at their disclaimer. This Website is offered “as is.”  Varsityplaza LLC in no way makes any warranty regarding the use, functionality or content of this website or any other website linked to or advertised on THE WEBSITE.  Varsityplaza LLC disclaims all warranties including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

They advertise it as a paid survey company, meaning they imply that you get surveys directly from them and receive compensation through them. From what I have seen the only thing Bigspot is would be a database of other online survey companies. They just show you legit online survey companies like ,Global Test Market Online Paid Surveys ,or this one SurveySavvy and a few others. So in my opinion all they are is an overrated affiliate site.

Once you sign up for them they will offer you pay to click sites and items that offer you credit cards and pawn this off as if it were online sures. This is not online surveys. This is where I state that Bigspot.com is a scam. Online surveys or Market Research companies do not sell your information to third parties. They do not offer you free credit card trial accounts or show you how to make money with pay to click sites.

This would make them a no-go in my book. So basically they set themselves up as an affiliate marketer. They are providing you with information to other sites, you sign up through their links thinking they have some secret database that no one else has and they get paid for each survey company you sign up for. They also get paid for each “sponsor offer” you sign up for.
They are Total bogus in my opinion. What I would like to know is what are they doing with the information they receive? On their sign up page they collect a lot of your private and personal information, who are they giving this 2?

Yes they do have a privacy policy on their main page but why would you give your information to a company that does nothing more then I give to you for free? You need to be the judge on this one.

I can provide you with the same information without asking for your personal or demographic data

You do not need to sign up for any site that claims to collect your demographics in order to match you with paid survey or market research companies.

On one final note I do not have any proof that they give out your information or anything else for that matter it is just one of those sites that make you say hummm. So you decide on your own fate.

So bottom line In my opinion Bigspot.com is a scam and I would stay away from them.

This is just my opinion.
